Export Your Data

Download a full JSON backup of all your PhD OS data. Keep this file safe as a record of your work.

Import Backup

Restore your PhD OS from a previously exported JSON backup file. This will overwrite your current data with the contents of the backup.

Replay Onboarding Tour

Show the welcome walkthrough again from the beginning. Useful if you want to revisit the tour or share the workspace with someone new.

Reset to Defaults

Clear selected data sections and restore the original demo content. This is useful when starting fresh after exploring the template. Select the sections you wish to reset, or leave all unselected to reset everything.
